HOW TO SELL
1. How do I sell cards to Ninety Five keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
To sell your cards to Ninety Five, simply navigate through the pages of our online buylist and add to your "Sell List" the cards you want to sell us.
The "Sell List" works like a normal shopping cart, but instead of indicating the cards you want to buy, it indicates the cards you want to sell and how much 95 is willing to pay for them.
During your navigation you will see, next to the name of each card, the languages and the conditions under which we want to buy that card, with the corresponding values.
Once you identify the cards you want to sell us, simply add them all to the "Sell List" and look at the Total.
To conclude the sale you will simply need to log into your account and choose how you would like to receive the payment.
Once you have confirmed everything, you will have 5 days to send your cards, otherwise the buy price may change.
The agreement will be concluded when we will receive your cards and confirm that the quantities and conditions of the cards you sent us correspond to what you declared during the filling of your “Sell List”.
If the quantities or conditions of the cards do not match, you will receive a counter-proposal from us in any case.
Until we confirm the quantities and conditions by email, you can always ask for the return of your cards with shipping costs at your expense.

2. Do I need an account on this website to sell my cards to Ninety Five? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
Yes, to sell us your cards you need an account on 95mtg.com.
You can, in any case, browse the online buylist and prepare your “Sell List” even without being registered or logged in.
You will be asked to login only when you have to indicate how you wish to receive your payment.
3. Do you buy any “Magic: The Gathering” card? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
We buy almost all “Magic: The Gathering” cards.
Our buylist indicates all the cards we buy at the moment, but it is constantly updated.
If at the moment you can't find a card you would like to sell us, come back and check it out in a few days, you may find it among the cards we are willing to buy.
If you have a large collection that you want to sell all at once, you can contact us directly at email@example.com .
We will be happy to make a proposal for the entire collection.

We usually only buy Near Mint or Slightly Played cards, but for some cards we accept even worse conditions (for example Dual Lands or Power 9).
To check if we accept a certain card in a specific condition or language, simply search for the card name on the search bar of our online buylist and check if the condition or language you are interested in is selectable among the options.
If the condition or language is selectable, select it and you will see the price at which we are willing to buy your card.
If the condition or language you are interested in is not among the options, it means that at the moment we are not buying that card with those specifications.
In the latter case we invite you to check our online buylist again in a few days, as it is constantly updated.
6. How long does it take to have an evaluation of my cards? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
The evaluation of your cards is done in real time on the online buylist website.
By selecting the condition and language of the card you wish to sell, you will see the price at which we would like to buy it.
Adding all the cards you want to sell to your "Sell List", you can see the total you will receive if you decide to confirm the trade.
Once the cards have been shipped and have reached our office, it will take us 1 to 3 business days to confirm the evaluation.

You can choose the payment method you prefer to receive the money when you’ll confirm your trade submission.
In the United States, you can choose to be paid by PayPal or by check.
If you have chosen “Check”, please allow 7-10 business days (usually is much quicker!) from receipt for the payment to arrive before contacting us.

After we receive your cards, we will proceed to confirm the Trade Submission in 1-3 business days.
From the moment you receive the Trade Submission confirmation email, the payment procedures will start immediately.
If you have chosen to be paid by PayPal you should find the payment on your account shortly.
If you have chosen “Check”, please allow 7-10 business days (usually the postal service is much quicker!) from receipt for the payment to arrive before contacting us.

You will have to send us your cards only after receiving the Trade Submission approval email.
Do not send us your cards before receiving the Trade Submission approval email.
The email will also indicate the address to send your cards to.
10. Are the shipping costs on me? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
Yes, the shipping costs are on you.
Upon inspection any card found to be in worse condition than the condition indicated in the Trade Submission will have a deduction on the price or will be refused.
You are also responsible for the shipping costs in case the cards are refused because they are in different conditions from those stated in the Trade Submission.
You are also responsible for the shipping costs if you want back the cards that had a different evaluation than the one stated in the Trade Submission because they showed, during our inspection, different conditions or language from those stated in the trade submission you submitted.
11. How should I send the cards? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
When sending your cards, you have to print out your confirmation email and include it with your cards.
Failure to include your Submission # either with the cards or on the package may significantly delay your payment.
You also need to sort your cards in the same order of your Submission and do not single sleeve them or send them in a binder.
We recommend using penny sleeves or team bags to group your cards in 10+ cards bundles. You can sandwich your bundles within toploaders for extra protection or place the bundles in a deck box, bundle box or similar.
Depending on your Submission size using a bubble mailer or cardboard box as a mailer is recommended. If using a box, make sure to use foam peanuts or bubble wrap to keep the smaller bundles/boxes from shifting around in the mailer.
12. How long is your card buy price valid for? What happens if it changes before you receive them? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
The Trade Submission must be post-marked within 5 business days from the Trade Submission approval email.
Cards that are late may be refused or prices adjusted.
If a price changes before we receive the cards, if the Submission has been post-marked within 5 business days after receiving the Trade Submission approval email, we will honor in any case the buy price indicated in the Trade Submission.
13. What happens if the cards I sent you are lost during the shipment? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
We are not responsible for lost packages, so we strongly recommend adding tracking and insurance to your cards in case there is a problem with your package in transit.
14. What happens if the cards I sent you are damaged during the shipment? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
We are not responsible for damaged packages, so we strongly recommend adding tracking and insurance to your cards in case there is a problem with your package in transit.
If we are still interested in buying the damaged cards we received, we will make a new offer that you can decide to accept or decline.
In case you decline and want the cards back, the shipping costs will be on you.
15. Can I hand-deliver the cards to you during an event or in your office? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
Not at the moment.
The Trade Submissions sent through the online buylist are placed in our system and must necessarily be managed according to the normal procedure indicated on the website.
If you wish to sell us your cards in person you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for more information about it and request an eventual meeting.
16. Can I change my mind and ask for my cards back? If that’s the case, who will pay the shipping costs for the return? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
If you change your mind on the submission and the cards have not been received yet, we can return your cards.
You can change your mind until you receive the email where we inform you that we have received your cards and that we are checking them.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
17. What happens if your grading is different from mine? How are my cards evaluated? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
Upon inspection, any card found to be in worse condition will have a deduction on the price or will be refused.
If this reduces the original buy price of the Trade Submission, the adjustments will be subjected to your approval and can be refused by you.
If you refuse the adjustments, we can return your cards.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

18. Card Condition Guide keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_right
Grading a collectible card is a process that requires specialized training and we thank you for taking the time to grade your cards, even if sometimes the criteria will be slightly different from those we use.
When you grade the cards you are going to sell us, try to follow this guideline as closely as possible.
This will minimize any discrepancies between your and our evaluation of the condition of the card:
- Near Mint (NM) A card in Near Mint condition will show little to no visible wear. Cards in this condition are generally indistinguishable from other cards in this condition. Near Mint cards are always legal for tournament play and in a condition that would make them considered unmarked if played in an unsleeved deck. A Near Mint card looks like it has never been played without sleeves. The border of NM cards can have small white spots, but they must be very few and very small. When the card is inspected under bright daylight, the surface must generally appear clean. It can have a few minor spots or very minor scratches.
- Slightly Played (SP) A card in Slightly Played condition will show visible, minor or mild wear even without close inspection. Slightly Played cards won't necessarily look similar to one another. Slightly Played cards are always legal for tournament play in a sleeve, but it is not quite clear if the card would be considered marked or unmarked if it were played in a tournament without sleeves. A Slightly Played card looks like it was used for a few games without sleeves. Slightly Played cards usually have a couple of white spots at the corners or around the border. The surface may have some minor scratches. The European equivalent for LP usually is Excellent (EX).
- Moderately Played (MP) A card in Moderately Played condition will easily show visible, moderate wear. A Moderately Played card will still be legal for tournament play if sleeved but is clearly in a condition that would make it ineligible for play without a sleeve as it would be considered marked. A Moderately Played card looks like it might have been used for a long tournament without sleeves. Cards in Moderately Played condition usually show strong wear all around the card. The edges and corners have many white spots, the surface usually has scratches and the card usually has accumulated some minor dirt on its surface. However, the card still only has damage that stems from regular play. The card has no water damage or bends whatsoever. The European equivalent for MP usually is Good (GD).
- Heavily Played (HP) Heavily Played cards may show extreme wear. Most Heavily Played are generally tournament playable sleeved or double sleeved. A Heavily Played card looks as bad as you can get a card through regular use without sleeves. Heavily Played cards can have the widest range of condition issues. They can have small bends at the corners or around the card, but they will always be tournament legal if sleeved. They usually look extremely worn, however, the card has not been tampered with otherwise (inked border, random scribblings on the card, etc.). The European equivalent for HP usually is Played (PL).
- Damaged (DMG) A card in Damaged condition will easily show visible, extreme, and/or extensive wear. A Damaged card may not be legal for tournament play, even if sleeved. A Damaged card has damage that cannot normally have stemmed from regular use of the card. Damaged cards are torn or have holes, have significant water damage over the entire card, are bent or warped, have severe bends, or have been tampered with in ways that destroy its worth almost completely (inked border, random scribblings on the card, etc.). The European equivalent for DMG usually is Poor.
